Has anyone out there managed to set up a Strand SN100 series node using Shownet from OLA? So far I seem to have failed abysmally. My intention is to use DMX in from the desk coupled with the OLA input from an Artnet controller, to output on the second DMX port.

All the best

No, but your best bet is probably to post on the open-lighting Google group - there is usually someone there with an answer.

Can you explain better what you are trying to do? You have data over Artnet from some other controller, and you want to send it out of the DMX port on the SN100 series node? Have you got the Artnet into OLA bit working? This seems to cause a lot of people problems because of the hairy nature of Artnet.

Richard,

Thanks for your answer. I will try the Google group. In answer to your second part, yes, I have been using OLA for a while using an Andriod phone as the controller, but I was hoping to put a node in the existing DMX cable so that both the desk and the OLA source can be used together with the appropriate priorities!

Best regards
