Mixermend Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 Rauch MOSFET amps are now quite ancient products - but work very well, then and now. What is the package for the devices you need? - I seem to remember that Rauch used the now long obsolete 'batwing' package, (2 fixing screw holes on tabs emerging from the plastic package, one on each side). These will be hard/impossible to get now, I can remember possibly 20 or more years ago, re-drilling and tapping the heatsink to enable a standard single hole plastic device to be used as a replacement.
