Peter18
We're having a few problems - dropped channels, channels paired etc. Our current cable is literally extension cables thrown into the back of the D-type, haven't been brave enough to take off all the tape that's holding it together before I have something I can definitely use. My thinking is if I get a ready made cable, I can then safely disassemble the existing one. I can then use this for parts to connect my 5th (and final) dimmer with only one cable going into it. Thanks all, you've been a great help as always! Thanks all, you've been a great help as always! OK it does sound like there is some failed soldering in the 25 way D sub. The Bleecon ends were presumably made by the OEM and hopefully are fine. Surely it would be cheaper to find someone locally who can solder?! The same person could also make up the extra cable for you?
