Red Head Bulbs Edinburgh!

Hi all

 

Had a bit of bad luck with our red heads yesterday in that all of our bulbs blew but we've gotta finish our shoot tomorrow.

 

Does anyone know of anywhere in Edinburgh we can get some?

As a port of call I would try Blacklight and maybe Northern Light, but I don't know if they still have a sales dept.

 

As a last resort I would try Edinburgh college's media dept as I'm sure redheads in there stock.

Procam might also be worth a shout. They are more broadcast orientated but carry lighting stock.

Black light will definitely have them as a standard stock item. Northern Light won't, NL Productions (confusingly, now a separate company) might but probably won't. Come to think of it, I have 4 cheap no-brand ones here if none of those work out, which I'd happily sell for the cost of replacing them. Drop me an email at Brian@summerhall.co.uk if you need them, I'll be up at Summerhall all day tomorrow from late morning, I can just pop them in my bag and take them in with me.
