soakes94
So I'm sure this is going to be something really simple and I just cant find the right button but how do I get one cue to automattically follow another cue? I feel like I has something todo with the WFA option not that I can work out how to adjust through them anyway? So a step by step guide would be really helpful! Thanks Stephen
Just Some Bloke
It is, indeed, the WFA settings. IIRC, you set the WFA setting to W (wait) then set the time to the same as the fade in time of the previous Q. I'm not at a console at the moment so if that doesn't work, set WFA to F (follow-on) and set the WFA time in the same way (same as the previous Q's up time). Tomo
Live:From the top level of softkeys:Press the {Times} softkey to expose the {Wait} softkey. # {Wait}Sets the wait time to the step in either A or B step in Main Playback (whichever has the little arrow next to it). (The A or B step is chosen using the Set Times To A/B setting, [Time] & [A] or [Time] & to quickly change) Blind:Open the Sequence Editor"WFA" column should be "W" for a Wait after the previous crossfade completes*."WFA Time" column is the actual time used. Zero to clear as usual. * Other options are:"F" The Following crossfade automatically starts # seconds after this one starts."A" Alert me # seconds after the previous crossfade completes. Console speaker/headphones may optionally 'PING' some seconds before this.
