laughingboyjh
Hi can anyone help? I have a G3 beltpack that is not sending the signal to the receiver?? I first thought it was a simple faulty ariel but I have replaced that and the pack is picking up AF but not sending it to the receiver so the receiver is staying on mute. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

J Pearce
Are you seeing audio level on the transmitter?
laughingboyjh
Yes but nothing on the receiver. The RF is fine and all other packs work with the same receiver and this pack doesnt work with any receiver.
J Pearce
Probably an issue in the pack. Try IR syncing it from the receiver to reset any oddities in the config. If that doesn't fix it Sennheiser do a fixed price repair, I seem to remember it is about £70.
Rob_Beech
Have you had a good look at the board. On RARE occasions moisture can get into just the wrong place and cause issues with components causing them to fail. As you say the RX is staying muted it would point towards a pilot issue. Have you tried with the pilot tone OFF?
