Mounting bracket iMove 5s - Confused?

Hi,

 

This might be (and probably is something) really obvious, but I've been trying to put mounting brackets on the bottom of my imove 5s's, which for some reason I've never done before?!?

 

The problem I have is that as you can see in the pictures attached I can't seem to figure out how to get the safety chain eye underneath the bracket. As you can see in the picture, with the G Clamp bolt in, the bottom screws won't fit into the hole. The screws I used are from a little packet which has 4 screws + that eye bolt in it from my tech cupboard, and they all seem to fit, apart from the height of the eye bolt, could it be that the packet of screws is designed for different acme gear, which I do have. Is there a knack to getting these brackets on?

Dont use the eye bolt just put the safety wire under the bracket and around your truss tubing, the chances of that bracket coming off are nil.

Use the eye bolt as one of the fixings for the bracket. :D
