Has anyone got one that could answer my questions: > is there any way of speeding chases up quicker than 1s > can you put chases into cues. > it keeps saying memories page 1 on top of the little display, is there a way to move onto page 2 or 3 so that we can have more than 24 mems saved. > Is there a way of saving over existing shows / updating the current existing shows as at the moment you have to make a complete new folder everytime you do a minor update to the show. > are they looking to program a way of remote controlling it over wifi else what is the point of the ethernet port? > are they making an offline editor for this desk? - I've just found the fixture creator. > can anyone find the software up date for the desk, it lost a load of cues the other day, so just wondering if its a slight glitch in the software version I've got. Perhaps it illustrates why some items need to be bought from a dealer you can cultivate a relationship with and can then provide you with after sales support. In the week that PLASA Focus ends and the ABTT show is almost upon us - I don't suppose many manufacturers will have a great deal of spare time to deal with support questions from anyone but distributors.

I have also emaield across the 24 hour technical support contact details for Strand Lighting which are available on our website as well as some updated software. The dealer who this was procured through in the UK will also be updated on the progress as this was not sold directly from Philips Strand Lighting.
