Zero88 chilli pro 4 channel

Hi

Current using a 4 channel zero88 chilli pro. Have set it up as channels 1,2 & 3 area 1 (main hall house lights) and channel 4 as area 2 (foyer house lights). I have a control panel for both zones and everything is working. My problem is when I set the DMX input to DMX takes presidents for area 1 and switch it off for area 2 (as I still want the control panel to work in area 2 as this is a different room) the panel does not work.

Does anyone have any ideas or had the same problem and is there something I am doing wrong ?
