Anyone know if there is an onboard geq for the aux sends on the X32?

I don't think you can - I haven't got a desk to hand but have just looked at the xcontrol software (which is a reasonable barometer of what can be done|) and I can't see a way of patching it. you can patch an eq as an insert to any channel, matrix or bus.

I guess it would depend on your application. you could insert a geq to a channel and direct that channel to an aux send.

It's for Monitor sends, don't really have a clue what to do then. Unless I just go desk - eq - power amp, but I would prefer to do it as an insert.

Loads. select the aux bus, hit home, turn on insert, and then select the type of geq in the effects screen on slot 5 and above.

that's the way I would do it and then in routing you just route bus 1 to output 1 or whichever. same procedure to insert a geq on your main L/R (15 and 16 usually)

fresh in from the sound forums - I thought it was worth sharing - no stock listing or price on Thomann's site yet though

X32 Compact

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce that we will start shipping the new X32 Compact within the month on May from our China factory. While we won't be able to immediately meet all demand, the first units should arrive in stores within the next 4-6 weeks.

We are confident that the other models will follow over the next few months.

Warm regards

Uli
