Im new and need find some speakers for a solo artist what is good sound but not too much money thanks

What type of venues? Size?

Do you need microphones, mixer, cables etc?

Best is very subjective. You need to give a lot more information not only about the act but your expectations. You can spend £500 and be delighted by the results or spend half a million and be really disappointed. This is impossible to answer.
