norman bonus
I have recently bought a VIEWARE PRO CONTROLLER from Miditemp of Germany. This little device lets the user control the lyrics of a song, for instance, onto a monitor screen via midi. I'm having trouble getting it to work though as when I insert the SD card containing the files storing the lyrics, all I get on the screen is a message saying INSERT CARD. I've tried contacting the company on several occasions but they haven't replied as yet. Anyone out there having the same problem or better still, had the same problem but solved it ? Looking forward to someone helping me on this one.
Peter F
Assuming that you are sure the files on the card are the right type for the machine,I'm going to have a complete guess and suggest you look at how the card is formatted. If it is currently FAT32 then maybe try reformatting it as NTFS or vice versa. Bear in mind you will lose the contents of the card when you reformat so make sure you backup the files. Cheers,Peter

Jivemaster
Does the machine accept all flavours of SD card? Some things are not compatible with secure cards.Get a card that the machine reads as Blank Card then put your data onto it.
timtheenchanteruk
Id go with the format on the Card, and possibly the card size, depending on the age of the design of the machine. There's very little info in the user manual, but a max of either 4Gb or 32Gb would be my guess
BoogieBear
Quoting from the user manual: Is your data inside a folder named BANK0? The card needs to be inserted before powering up the unit and the files must be .png or .jpg files Hope this helps CheersAnton
