Nuisance Tripping on Chilli Racks

Just had a look and ours have type C breakers on them.

we have had same problem with beta pack 3.

 

2k on a channel

 

channels with 2k load on - mcb's will trip when dimmer is powered up, even with no DMX connected.

 

also mcbs will sometimes trip during show with snap changes in lighting states - normally when your jumping thru cues on lighting desk during editing etc.

 

did speak to zero 88 about this several years ago on the phone - no real solution

 

maybe someone should link this thread to keith at zero 88

 

to be fair to zero 88 they are using good brand breakers. hager I think.
