Jem Z24/7 Problems

Anyone got any tips for dealing with a Jem 24/7 hazer that keeps saying fluid out? Manually priming doesnt work. For a show this evening

Does it have the right fluid in? 24/7 determines fluid out by calculating the amount of energy used to vapourise the fluid. The wrong fluid can mess this up.

How long does it run for before going into fluid out?

I'm having the same issue.

 

One of two of our ZR 24/7s keeps popping up with a "fluid out" error. The board op will power them up and test them during dimmer check without a problem.

Then sometime later as the problem hazer sits idle, the error code will come up. Crew turns it off and back on again, which clears the error and it runs fine...then a few scenes later the error will pop up again. It has plenty of fluid, and we are running Jem haze fluid exclusively.

 

The hazer had been working great all through tech.

 

I've re-primed it myself to no avail. I think I'm going to try running distilled water through it, then use fresh fluid.

Any thoughts?
