Lighting bars and dimmers

Probably a simple question for most but from a noise boy not so simple.

 

The school my children go to has asked if I know where I can get lighting bars, dimmers and 15 amp patch panel from, I can think of the normal large suppliers but they are on a tight budget and I didn't know who does half decent product but t an affordable price? Any help would be good
