Q Commander

I recently received a Light Processor Q Commander, got it for a good price with a case so was very happy! All is well with the desk as it outputs fine but the last couple of times I have used it I get an error message when I am in run mode using Keys with scenes and chases.

 

The error message is "Transmit Timeout"

 

When this error message comes up it still outputs the keys fine but there is a couple of second gap before they load up.

 

Any ideas?
