strand600X
Hello everyoneWe are using a magicQ 100 for our panto here in sunny Bradford. We are using playback 8 as our low fog playback.I have now managed to plot the low fog into the cues and would like to change playback 8 to an inhibit sub so we can still control the low fog.Does anyone know how to change the playback to an inhibit playback?Any help would be most gratefully appreciated. bAz
Wol
Just record the group to the playback when the programmer is clear and it'll turn into a group master / inhibit master. Also, unlike other companies, we realise that people do shows over this "festive" period, so the office is open as usual today if you need direct support from us, and the 24/7 support line is also still open for out of hours / bank holiday support. I however am on holiday ;-) \o/ e2a: Alternatively, if you dont want the fog in *any* cues in your cuestack, just select those channels and use the "RECORD REMOVE" option under shift+record to take it out of the cuestack. Thank you for that.just to confirm. I remove the playback to wipe it clean. Then record the channel (6001) into the playback with the fog and compressor at full. Then how do I change it to a Inhibit? bAz
Wol
1) Clear the programmer 2) *Select* the heads you have for the fogger in the groups window. Don't set any values for them. Don't hit locate. Don't pass GO or collect £200 ;-) 3) Press record, then select the blank playback.
