small DMX controlled smoke machines

Any Suggestions?

We have a Martin Magnum 2000, which is lovely but huge. For Panto we need a second smoke machine to work at the same time as this from a different angle. We'll dial the 2000 down to match whatever we get, but ideally it would be DMX controlled as stage crew will have their hands full at this point so can't push buttons.

Budget is limited - prob £300 at the most. Yes, I know. The Martin 1200 looks promising, but is at the vv top of budget and size.

Can anyone pull the perfect machine out of the hat?

Hi

I have an Antari z1500 which is a DMX controllable smoke machine and may suit your budget, Antari are a lot cheaper than some other machines. They also do the z1000 which is smaller but I can't remember if its DMX controllable or not. Hope this is of help.

Kam do some tiny but powerful DMX controlled machines. The ones Ive seen at this end of the market are single channel, have a permanently 'on' heater and 0-255 gives you 0-100% smoke. They are aslo better built than many other DJ dave brands.
