Help with Alpha Pack 2

Normally it just pushes back onto the metal bit that's left sticking out where the fader cap used to be. If the metal bit's missing, then you're going to be in replacement component territory; Zero88 should be able to help you out if that's the case.

If the metal fader itself has snapped off, you can purchase a new one from your local Zero 88 dealer.

There is a full list of all the faders here:

http://www.zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/512/0/replacement-faders--sliders

The AlphaPack 2 fader is part number 4418000.

This will need to be soldered directly onto the board, so if you are not comfortable doing this, is might be easier to give the AlphaPack to your local Zero 88 dealer and ask them to do it :-)

Regards,

Yes it looks like replacement fader teritory as cap and metal bit together.

We can do that for you... It's a bugger of a job to do properly because it's a through plated board but it's do-able and takes about 30 minutes, if you can leave the rack with us it saves you hanging around listening to me swear at it :P
