Smallsy
Anyone know if it's possible to make a bump button on an ion function as a solo button. Ie, for blinders? [Channel] [X] [@] [Y] [Enter][Channel] [X] [Record] [Z] [Enter]Assign the sub to a fader [Z] [Enter] [Load] or you can assign it in setup.. Each submaster bump can have three different timing values: Upfade, Dwell, and Downfade • Upfade time - this is the time for the submaster to fade from its home position to its targetposition (0 to Full if additive, Full to 0 if inhibitive). The default time is 0.• Dwell time - this is the time the submaster look will hold before starting the downfade. Thiscan be set to a specified time, or to “Hold” or “Manual”. “Hold” time maintains the submastervalues until the bump is pressed a second time. “Manual” time applies the submaster valuesonly as long as the bump is held. The default is “Manual”.• Downfade time - this is the time for the submaster to fade from its target position to its homeposition. The default time is 0. yeletah
Thanks for the replies. What I really want to know however is whether a solo function is possible. I think the strand 500 had this option amongst inhibit, grand master and so on - you press the button and channel 1 flashes, and when this happens everything else goes out. Think rem dim but only while the button is depressed.
mac500
The work around is to have 0 values for everyother fixture except for the channel you want to solo. When you hit the bump button it should now take all the others out. Hope that makes sense.
