Jivemaster
All that Paul said! My addition; things will hit the fan as the adverts go up for a pro show, there could be a fire officer or a licensing officer arrive just before curtain up. But also perhaps the licence holder has it all covered!
laddersukdirect
From a HSE point of view if there was a fire and a fire exit was blocked then there would definately be some questions asked as to why / who blocked the door. The HSE does not care for the work that is being carried out as they are more interested in keeping the public safe. ive had it on many sites in the past where I was the one asking to block the door for an hour or so. ** laughs out loud **, I always got the same answer - You will be liable if something goes wrong. So ... id just ensure that all doors are kept clear to be on the safe side :)
paulears
The point, though, is that he won't be there - so out of his direct control, and very difficult to deal with.
