pritch
What do you want it to do? Do you want to be able to shove some faders up to get a colour out, and then leave it? Sound to light? Do you want to use other fixtures with it/them? Do you want all of the cans to do exactly the same thing as each other, or do you have a number of cans that you want to do different things? David A
The controller you don't want to buy, at any price is the Behringer Eurodesk.

LXbydesign
Erm, whats wrong excatly with prefering MA 1 over MA 2? Actually, I seem to be a sucker for liking the older desks!! Prefer Hog 2 over 3, Strand Gemini over Galaxy, Avo Saphire over Diamond (apart from the D4 :P ) Zero's Leapfrog over the Orb. Oh well, desk snobbery...wait for it... timmeh2
Oh well, desk snobbery...wait for it... I prefer my Sapphire over any other Avo console. The best thing about MA1 is joining sessions. The longer the wait, the more awesome you are. In any case, the world's best lighting desk is still the zero88 Sirius. It's so cool, it doesn't even need DMX. Super User anyone? All the bestTimmeh
