using miniStageConsol with Enttec DMX USB PRO

I'm running miniStageConsole (on MacBook Pro, Intel, OS10.5.8) with Enttec's DMX USB PRO to control a DP4 4-channel DMX dimmer pack.

No signal seems to be coming through on the dimmer when I run cues on miniStageConsole and I suspect this to be a problem with the DMX USB PRO since the green LED status indicator light on the DMX USB PRO does not blink as it is supposed to do (according to the DMX USB PRO User Manual) when controlled by a lighting program.

Any ideas???

Thanks.

Thanks, that was good advice. I tried Chameleon lighting software on the DMX USB PRO and it worked, so nothing wrong with the dongle or dimmers - the problem is clearly with miniStageConsole, which I have to use because it's currently the only software for Mac (that I know of) that can be triggered by QLab in order to run sound and lights together.

Anyone out there ever used miniStageConsole with an Enttec DMX USB PRO?
