alanhj
When a piece of Sharkstooth gauze is stretched taut in a frame, for a transformation effect does it matter which way round the gauze is? Usually it is fitted top to bottom, but would it work if the frame was then put on its side? I won't bore you with why I need to know. I just do. In fact simple answers of "Yes" or "No" will do. I have been asked this question, don't know the answer, but told the Committee I would find out Regards

rossmck
I can guess why you might need to know - you have a stage that's quite wide but without much height and it's cheaper to buy a single length and use it 'sideways' than to try and get one made the right size ? ... at least that's why I've done it in the past in small venues and yes, it works both ways :) It is important to try and stretch / tension it as tightly as possible though so it sits flat.. that'll make more of a difference than what way around it's used I believe.
