Turbosound txd 530 eq

Hi does anyone have any eq settings for the Turbosound txd 530?

Im using a dbx driverack and struggling to get them to sound nice,

I am assuming the Driverack is passing full-range signal to the amps/boxes and you are only using it for eq? I ask as the boxes have passive crossovers built in.

 

If this is the case than check to see if all drivers are working as they should.

 

In what way do they not sound 'right'?

Iv got them crossed over at about 118.

Crossovers are built in and all speakers working.

 

They just sound really harsh and nasty. Mid is harsh and also the highs. I dont want to be taking frequences out that I dont need to tho.

 

Any tips would be much appreciated.
