I just wanted to check something out with you guys seeing as you know all about sound and effects etc and I dont really have a clue! In saying that have managed to get on ok for the past 10 years till now!! Does anyone know where I can get information on setting the effects on lexicon effects on the old the soundcraft powerstaion 600 the old series without the parameter buttons that you can set on the dial on a I have the manual already and itdoesnt give me the info I want. I want to know how a sound guy would set up one of these desks for a solo performer in a pub venue, yep we are talking carpets here and low ceilings in a room about 15ft by 15ft. I would appreciate any advice because I think I have been doing it wrong all these years. ** laughs out loud ** thankyou madmaria

Jivemaster
Chose yourself a sound engineer who understands your music, take him to a gig then get him to explain what he has done, so that you can play again later with more understanding. PS If it's been a saleable professional sound for the past several years does it need changing?
