greenalien
Does anyone have a contact for Pearl River spares? I've tried Miltec, but had no reply to my email.
gyro_gearloose
What parts do you need? Motors and driver chips are likely to be standard parts used in most moving lights. Or you could scout around on ebay for a unit to strip for parts.
KevinE
Try ringing them.
Tivoli Phil
Try CPS group, I know they keep a lot of their kit in stock, they would probably know where to find them.
greenalien
The part I need is the toothed wheel that drives the rotating gobos - previous owner clearly didn't maintain the unit properly, there was no sign of any lubrication on the gobo holders, so not surprisingly the gobo drive wheel has all its teeth worn away. Thanks for the suggestions so far, has anyone actually done any repairs on these units?
KevinE
You don't say what units they are.The last spares I had for PR were mirrors, yes I had them from Miltec. Miltec are the best bet for PR Lighting. 01622 873378
greenalien
The unit is a PR Solo 250 moving head; I'll try ringing Miltec tomorrow, I hope their phone response is better than their non-existant email response!
Smiffy
Of course, if your mail has been eaten by their Junk Mail programme, then really, they can't be blamed for that. I've had it happen with even the biggest of my suppliers. A phone call about an hour or two after you send the mail is always worthwhile if you don't get a response. greenalien
Well, I don't know what happened to the email, but a phone call to Graham in their technical dept now has a new gobo rotator drive wheel on its way. Thanks for all responses.
