It is a small unit on the mezzanine; the unit is 192 Square FT there is a fork lift on site to get items up to the Mezzanine and a good set of stairs. This would suit, someone with a small hire business or someone who needs storeage for event equipment or theatre sets etc. We are a friendly bunch, we have a nice group of companies in the warehouse (1x Production Company, 1x PA Company and 1x PA Manufacturer), we have a good synergy between us, and we benefit with loads of cross hire work, and generally benefit from sharing a warehouse with likeminded people.
