deejaybaze
We have a Antari Z3000 MK2, and all it shows in display is "Warming Up".The heater does just what it supposed to do, shuts off at the correct temperature, and starts to heat when it has cooled down. But the display still shows "Warming Up".I can see on the board there is 2 relays. Can it be one for the heater, and one for the controller? I found a german forum, saying something about +5v and a pin on the controller connection. But it didnt say what pin, and if there is a posibillity to take 5x from the board. Some ideas? /Thomas.
Ashley R
I had a similar problem with a copy Robe 1000FT, which it seems has a similar remote, and possibly might have the same problem. In this copy where the wires for the remote cable entered the remote, they were soldered to a small push in connector, which was then plugged into the PCB inside the remote. What had happened was one of the cables had broken. The fix - removed the plug, and short plug in extension and hard wired the cable to the board, haven't had a single problem since. (I think it was the 0v that had broken) Just check with a meter if one of the wires are broken. Or there is a dodgy connection to the PCB. Mind you this was only a cheap Chinese copy, and the extension's wires only had a few strands of extremely thin cable in it, that's why it broke, also I found the cable grip to be unsatisfactory, and if you pulled hard on the wire you could be stressing the join to the PCB, so I added a cable tie inside to prevent this. rjnsoundlight
Have you found out what the problem was? We have exactly the same fault with one of our units?
