And, from a thread of a few weeks back, it is a good idea to enquire about the re-fireproofing thing as well (apologies if you knew that already, btw), following whatever process the cleaners use.

Depending on the size you might be cheaper to buy new! Crazy I know but unless uou can clean and reproof them yourself the bill gets silly.

A good commerial cleaners (think catering and hotel) will give you a price.
