jonr
Had a similar problem - Recommend you check through the set up options on the pack. Scroll through the various menus and check they are set correctly. Think in my case fingers may have been at play but in one case wan't sure how it had happened. Been ok since. Joe Bleasdale
Be sure it IS an electrical fault before you start pulling it apart or sending it for repair. I have some Beta 3's in an install here in Liverpool and one day I came in and 3 channels where stuck at full. After a little investigation, someone had done some button pushing and set the 3 channels to be permanently at full on the dimmer. I can't remember what the menu is called but there definitely is an option to set a channel to a certain level on the dimer, it should be in the manual. Hope this helps,

I had one here te other day where all 6 channels had been set at 0 - result; no response to DMX seemingly! Dave
