Charity event in West London 20th November

Hi Blue Roomerinos-

 

I've been asked if I can supply some lighting to a charity event in West London next weekend, Saturday 20th November, but unfortunately I'm already fully committed elsewhere. It's an event being put on for a cancer charity by some friends of mine, one of whom has lost a relative to the disease. It's a smallish job, the lighting required would just be a basic three- or four-colour stage wash, and perhaps something to "pretty" it up (some LED fixtures, small moving heads or scanners, for example), for an Indian band. It would obviously also need dimmer(s), stands, control desk & cables etc as necessary to make it all work. It's a safe assumption that the power available is only from 13A sockets.

 

Being a charity event, the budget is, of course, somewhere between zero and very minimal, and anybody who thinks they might be able to do the gig should look at it in terms of expenses, possible contacts, experience and good karma. As such, it would probably suit somebody based in or near the area of the event.
