ADB Domino show file format and conversion

Hi,

 

I'm currently on tour with a show and have come to a venue with an ADB Domino, which I am not familiar with.. I've downloaded the user manual from ADB website but can't find info I'm looking for..

 

Just wondering what the show file format saves as on USB?

And also I have a .esf file saved from an ETC ION that may be of use to me - anyone know if there is conversion software to convert to the format for the ADB Domino??

 

Any advice appreciated..

The best bet for showfile transfer between consoles is generally USITT ASCII

 

The ETC Ion showfile can be converted to a USITT Ascii file using either an Eos or Ion console, or the Eos/Ion Offline Software which you can download from the ETC website here.

 

It may be worth asking ADB if there is any way to get a USITT ASCII show file into the Domino - for example, the ETC Express Offline software can import ASCII format to create the proprietary Express showfile, so there may be something equivalent for the Domino.
