jonathanhill
The attribute list has a bunch of undefined parameters. I would assign a couple of those for your difficult parameters. I would then re-map the ATC pages to bring those parameters together, ie into a 'focus' page to allow easy manipulation via the rotary encoders. The easiest way I have found to update the library is to edit the fixture library on the board itself.
Tss
I haven't absolutely understood For channels in 14 and 15 it is necessary to use focus parameter? That looked so? ch 14 6, 0, 0, 255, 0, 0ch 15 6, 0, 0, 255, 0, 0 that's normal? jonathanhill
I haven't got a 520 in front of me, so this is from memory. I believe that attributes 125-128 are 'undefined' ie have no name such as 'iris', or 'gobo2'. Use two of those for your ch.14 and 15. If you do not see any attributes above 99 in the attribute list it means that you are using an older version of Strand OS and you will need to upgrade to V2.8.6 (should still be available on the strand website). GaryM
It doesn't matter too much what parameters you put them on, providing the labels make sense to you in describing the function and as long as they are on separate channels. Ch14 of the Giotto is for the insertion of different lenses creating different beam angles, hence I would put this on the zoom parameter. Ch15, being colour correction filters, I would put on as Colour2 (ie 2nd colour wheel). I would agree with Jonathan about editing one of the profiles on the fixture library already on the desk. Choose a fixture that you are unlikely to use and convert it to the Giotto 1200.
Tss
I have downloaded from an official site fixture library Has opened in archive SGM file In it there was a library for Giotto 400 spot. Its parameters coincide with parameters Giotto 1200 spot, except CH14 & 15. Still it is necessary to make library for SGM Giotto 1200 wash. Now it is necessary to write down these files in the panel. What sequence of actions? Not my console
