Nick c
I have made a quick video, of a water/smoke effect I have managed to get running in Wysiwyg. So you might want to have a look, if your a Wyg user. If I get enough people to subscrib to my channel, I will make a tutorial video on how to make water, smoke and firework effects that will run in Wysiwyg. I have also made a water screen, which looks good with projection. It is not hard to do, but there are a few tips to know. Then everyone can make their own custom effects for wyg. It just goes to show Wysiwyg can do some mad things. Cheers Nick calthropCalthrop Design
DonkiDonki
Loving your work Nick. I also like your work with the DMX controlled manequins, very nice. I have played around with trying to get similar advanced movement out of the wyg engine and I do appreciate the blood and sweat that must have gone into that! Bear in mind it looks like the BlackBox project has "helped" Cast revise the DMX movement system for wyg, it seems we may see a major overhaul in R26. (I would be so happy if it could simulate motors, in the sense that a truss hung between 2 points would shift accurately as the "chains" were adjusted, rather than the current system of having to assign an axis)
