Replacement caps for CPC headset mics

I have a bunch of the budget CPC headset mics, which do us rather well.

We now have a good handful which are missing the cap off the end of the mic capsule. It can unscrew and seems to come loose, presumably when people fidget with the mic.

I'm looking for replacements - it seems a shame to have to write off entire mics because of this. I have searched on the CPC site but can't turn anything up, although I may be using the wrong terms. Has anyone had any luck replacing theirs?

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately I don't think I was clear enough with my original post. It's not windshields that we are looking for, but a replacement part for the mic itself. A part of the capsule cover seems to be able to unscrew. We have lost quite a few of them. I've attached a photo of one of the mics that is missing this part.

The mic still functions with the part missing, but is extremely susceptible to plosives and wind noise and is pretty much unusable, even with a windshield on it.

With around 90 of these I can't say as I've come across this problem but if it IS one then I too would be interested. I have maybe 100 or so other (cheaper) headsets in various non working states from the last few years, some of these have these types of caps, so I'll see if any fit, if so I can maybe send some of you good people a few. The Chinese have some VERY peculiar threads though. Not metric, not imperial, not anything I've ever seen.

I've got one batch of 16 out at the moment with a theatre show that I actually have the pleasure of mixing myself for a change and each of the sets have probably done 150 shows on average, some of them are starting to get bent a few more times.

These units are CONSUMABLES. If a pro run wants a fortnights worth of hire and can pay for it, give them new ones, if they're on a budget, give them used ones, the plugs tend to manage 100 fairly stressful shows before a few crackles appear but the CPC locking plugs are very good. Not sure what the plugs are like for Shure and other makes as I only use Sennheiser stuff as it's proved far more reliable over the years (there's your plug now do me a deal on 40 channels of Ch38).
