MX70 BOOTING PROBLEM

please help me to solve this problem.

my mx70 wont boot , when I switch on panasonic logo comes then mx70 half logo comes after that it shows blank screen. nothing happen when I press any button its not working. it just like stuck.. engineering says u will have to reinstall programme software. I cant reset to factory default as control pannel menu dosnt appear. please suggest me what to do or give me advice .

From the manual, and possibly worth a shot:

The setup settings are not returned to the factory settings even if the system is started by Reset. They can be restored to the

factory settings by pressing [shift] and [Enter] together when the power is turned on.

 

But it sort of sounds like something more serious has got corrupted. Did it just suddenly stop working, did it get drinks spilt into it? Have you got the SDI board fitted to it? You could try taking that out in case its causing an issue when booting, but that's a bit of a long shot. Other than that, try reseating all the connectors and ribbon cables.

I have tried pressing shift enter but nothing happned. no sdi card installed in my mx70. I remember my last event it was working properly but in the next event when I switched on I surprise to find its not booting . I went to local enginner he tested and says nothing wrong with ur mixer board and parts are ok .. he says there is need to upgrade programme software as it stuck working and he dosnt have that software and suggested to go panasonic authorised service center. But I dont trust service centre they will kill my pocket.
