ChazHS
Seems like a cheap looking box with not such cheap components. Whats the power handling?

Sound Man
The tweeter looks like an Eminence APT 80, these are quiet good units. If they were cheap cabs there would have been a piezo horn in there. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd256/tweeter_box/Bmc0D0gmkKGrHqEOKi8EtjBlNMvDBLfpehc.jpg From your photographs, it looks as though the bass speaker receives full range audio, the crossover is filtering the bass for the tweeter. If you want to upgrade them you could replace this crossover with something like an Eminence PXB2-3k5 2 way passive crossover. These units are rated at 400w so then you could replace the bass driver with something bigger. David
Brian
... so then you could replace the bass driver with something bigger.Sadly it's never that simple. The box and driver should be matched to each other. These boxes aren't ported so it's not quite so important but simply sticking any old driver in any old box isn't a good idea. Jivemaster
Does it matter what they are? Will they do a job for you, even a job where they are at risk of damage or loss.
widowgobo
just a matter of interest really.
Brian
just a matter of interest really. Well, if you want a really good learning exercise why not go back to basics and measure the Thiele-Small parameters of the drivers you've got and then see how good a fit the box is to them. It's not that difficult to do with a PC sound card and a few bits and bobs. Plenty of info on how to do it for cheap on the Interweb.
