ChazHS
Hi everyone, I'm just giving my Nexo LS-400s and PS-8s a new coat of Tuffcab (seems to look the same as what Nexo put on them to start with) mostly as they haven't been cased. I've ordered a couple of PS-8 twin cases from Castle and some covers for the LS-400s from Falcon Covers; so hopefully they will remain in a better condition. Does anyone have any tips regarding what to do with the subs to stop them scarring up on the floor? Assides from putting them on a blanket? Any pro sollutions out there for this? Cheers. Then keep them in their covers at the gig. This has the pleasant side effect of also protecting them from spilled pints etc.
noiseman
How about a couple of nylon strips fixed to the bottoms to act as skids? Seen this done on several boxes and full wooden cases (ala Funktion One / Skan). When they wear out/ get low you can simply replace. Much less hassle that filling and painting.
