lampyfromliverpool
This sounds like an issue with your keyswitch. I've contacted Lee and Tom in Avo repairs and made them aware of this forum thread.
niclights
It might just be dirty contacts in the switch. Try giving the key a few turns through all three positions.
ronmainit
sir, niclights that you mean contact point only, possible to clean and spray the video cleaner for that switch key, it is not the software problem sir, they have a same topic of my problem sir can you give me the topic to read it and give me advice thanks sir
niclights
Sometimes the key doesn't make contact. Usually turning it a few times will fix. Just try that. If that doesn't work then you should wait for Avolites service. Note that it is holiday in UK until Tuesday. If it is urgent there is a 24hr phone number which you can find on their website. This will be to a UK mobile. /Edit: If you just need to wipe the console then it is possible to do this directly on the motherboard if you open the console: Wipeall links for Borris 3 motherboardWipeall links for Borris 2 motherboard (Borris 2 picture / Borris 3 picture)
