HobitLight
Hi :** laughs out loud **: I've now bought a touch screen and am now really starting to love MagicQ! I'm finding more features everytime I use it and it's great! Hats off to Chamsys! However, programming my palettes takes some time as I don't have a wing with physical encoders (however, when funds allow...), so I'm having to click on the encoders to change the values (I'm mainly on about Pan+Tilt here, as the colour and beam palletes are mostly already there for me). Is there an easier way to do it than this? I'm sure I've read somewhere about an add-on to the software that lets you use a scroll wheel on the mouse to control an encoder, but I've searched on the BR and on Google, but to no avail. Does anyone else came across this, or am I just going mad? Thanks in advanced! :D
niloc887
Hello, I think its called MouseWheel. I can't remember if I downloaded it from the chamsys site or not however...
Wol
The scrollwheel is only natively supported for encoders in MagicQ when you have a wing with encoders attached, e.g. a PC wing or a Maxi wing. You can still use the scrollwheel to go through the main grid view though. A google search using obvious search terms shows the third party application in the top results if you do wish to download it. A concurrent post has been automatically merged from this point on.
