JoshFlack Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Hi Guys, Iv got a Sennheiser EW1-- G2 belt Pack along with the headset mic, but the 3.5mm jack is a bit rubbish, im looking at replacing it, but I can't seam to find anywhere the exact type of model, as its got a thread to lock it onto the belt pack with. If anyone knowns of one that will fit, Id really appreciate it. Cheers. Josh.
Simon Lewis Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Josh, Canford Audio and (AFAIR) CPC sell threaded 3.5mm 3 pole jack plugs. They're not especially cheap. Simon
Chris Beesley Posted June 25, 2010 Posted June 25, 2010 We stock two versions - original Sennheiser (AV16534) or one of our own brand (AV17501), the latter being the cheapest by a long way.
handyandi Posted June 25, 2010 Posted June 25, 2010 Or even cheaper with this code - AV1750147 ! I do love the special deal pricing but it does take me ages trawling though all your deal catalogues Chris checking if what I want from the main catalogue or web is on special offer.

Is this one the one that goes with the EW 100 G2 version though, as im worried the thread that locks it in place wont match up if its not exactly the right one. Cheers
timtheenchanteruk Posted June 25, 2010 Posted June 25, 2010 yes they do, all the lock jacks are the same for the senn kit, G1 and G2
ghance Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 Does CPC AV17501 really fit?? the pic doesn't look like the locking collar slides down to mate with the jack socket. CPC AV17485 looks right to me.. please correct me.. I was about to order some, but don't know which ones now..
Chris Beesley Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 AV17501 definately fits - its been tried and tested.
Nicktaylor Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 We stock two versions - original Sennheiser (AV16534) or one of our own brand (AV17501), the latter being the cheapest by a long way.I managed to buy ten plugs last year as spares for my Sennheisers. Opo decided to solder one on two days ago to find I had bought ones with too big a threaded locking sleeve! I will have a look at the own brand ones again, as I have no likely use for the wrong ones!
