Wall bracket recommendations

Evening all

We have two 42" TVs that get moved around the venue (academic theatre) - there are two TVs across four brackets - two in the main venue and two in the foyer depending on what is needed.

The problem we currently have is that the original spec was these Unicol brackets that don't easily have any kind of mounting at height - basically once you remove the bolt holding the swing arm to the wall plate, the thing is free - so removing it at height takes three people, two to take the weight of the TV on stepladders, and one to remove the bolt. We've already lost one TV owing to an over-enthusiatic pervious technician trying to remove it on his own.

I'd ideally like to replace it with something similar to a hook or trigger clamp - something that allows us to hook the TV on, and then secure it - and remove it taking the weight as opposed to it falling off when the bolt is free. I could fit a trigger clamp or half coupler, and some 48mm tube on the walls in place of wall plates, but this seems kind of messy.

Does anyone know of an appropriate bracket, that suits being moved around without being a pain to un-couple?

Thanks in advance.
