hi guys,

I would like some info,

I have been offered 2 mackie active subs, they are the 1501's.

the advice I would like is that my mate has folded his band due to no work and and needs to offload some gear and I dont want to mug him but at the same time I dont want to pay over the odds. they are at least 5 years old, good working order with the plastic protective covers, I am ok with the tech specs, I would just like to know from you guys what sort of price they should be.

If it helps, a pair of these went in fairly good nick on ebay last week for £1000. I bid up to £800.

Yea £800 a pair sounds pretty reasonable.

 

 

I just sold 5, they were all set at £235 but they were all ex-rental and not in an amazing cosmetic condition.
