Hi.

I'm looking for an application that would let me create playlist of presentations.

I find my self frequently whit two laptops and a video switch when there is multiple presentations to show... that cant be the best solution.

Something like QLab

or ScreenMonkey.

Thanks for your time.

Whilst I would always have the second machine and the switch as backup if I could...

Is there a reason you can't insert all the slides into a single presentation?

Not sure about Key note but Microsoft removed the lovely playlist ability that Powerpoint use to have, where you just created a text document with the list of presentations, saved it as an .LST file and ran it from PP. it was great.

You can still do it via creating a .bat file which is a lot more involved than it should be but I'm sure the Microsoft website will tell you how to do it.

Maybe Hyperlinks are the way forward for you or just inserting presentations as objects. I have one client who puts 4 little squares on the holding slide, each one a presentation to be shown, just click on the relevant square and it opens that presentation at the end it returns to the holding slide.

Or you can just cut and past all the slides (remember to keep source formatting when doing so)

Have you given any thought to ProPresenter? It was created for and by the church market and is by far one of the best options available to load various keynotes and powerpoints in a queu. In addition it is also excellent for loading in video files of the various formats and sizing them in and then playing them. You should take a looksee. Here is the link to it: http://www.renewedvision.com/.
