Littleme Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 we keep getting this message pop up when we use the scanners and change the colour-CPU usuage.eos.exe application error. The Exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occured in the application at location 0x006cfbc5 Anyone had this problem or have any idea how to solve it? Its a pain because you have to shut down and start again when it pops up. Thanks :unsure:

Their technical support is pretty good. If this was a new error for them, chances are they would get their software people accross the pond on it pretty quickly. Neil

GridGirl Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 As well as contacting ETC, check their forums - chances are you'll find that someone has had this problem and put it on their forums. Their tech staff regularly problem-solve on the forums so you should get something useful there.
JDLX Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 At a stab in the dark that looks like a corrupt fixture personality. You could try reinstalling the latest version of the software, that might cure it.
