Panchromatic
Have a Jem ZR22-DMX that as soon as you switch it on, starts to pump. This even happens with all the Control Ribbon Cables disconnected from the board. I have changed the Triac but no change in fault. Any Ideas on the fault? failing that ...any ideas which lump hammer I hit it with?

TheSmokeMan
If it happens with all looms disconnected - the main pcb will have a slight covering of glycol all over it and will have caused lots of wonderous short circuits.Sometimes a quick clean is all that is needed but normally the damage is already done. If it only happens when the looms are all connected, disconnect the DMX PCB from the loop....That will stop it. Replace and enjoy....
