Neil_m_123
Wondering if anyone could help? We've replaced the pump on a Jem 24/7 hazer and it makes it a pumping noise but doesn't appear to actually be moving the haze up the tube :(
Brian
Sounds like a blocked heat exchanger. If you disconnect the pump output where it feeds the exchanger do you get fluid flow?

Yes it flows through the pump fine when I tried that, so I'll see if I can clean the heat exhanger with some vinegar and water, thanks
danjshelton
How old is the 24/7? There was a series of units that I think had issues which caused problems with the heat exchanger. At the time (about 1 - 2 years ago, roughly!) JEM we're offering FOC new heat exchangers, but I'm not sure if this is still on offer. Also I have a feeling that they changed the design on the copper pipes, particularly the right angled block, that feeds the heat exchanger. Something like they upgraded some parts to copper from another material. It was quite a while ago when we changed ours due to failure so can't remember the entire problems/changes. Cheers Dan
