parky58 Posted February 12, 2010 Share Posted February 12, 2010 Assuming he has used the correct save proceedure (i.e. pressing the save button twice) there may be an issue with the battery which maintains the memory (assuming there is one). Most digital effects units usually use a small round battery inside the unit to save the memory (typycally a CR2032). I suggest checking on the line6 support site in the first instance.
