Stuart91
We have a Powersoft Digam Q4002 amp with an intermittent fault. Crackling on one of the channels, sounds like it could be a ribbon cable issue but not sure. The amp has been returned twice to a well known service company (who shall remain nameless for now) and each time the problem has reoccurred shortly after it has returned to us. Can anyone recommend a repair shop that they've had good experience with on fixing these?

Would help if we knew where you are based - we have an excellent BBC trained service engineer who is reliable and very good at chasing out intermittant faults - he has just spent ages chasing out and fixing a dodgy solder joint on a Midas desk which has been bugging me most of last year! Chris Beesley
Why not give CUK a call (UK Powersoft Distributor) - they may have a repair tech in house or a repair house they use. http://www.cuk-audio.com/index.php?page=Contact

SW CUK are located behind Ibrox stadium - Stuart there should be able to help you. Otherwise, PM me as we are only 30 minutes away and I'm in Glasgiow fairly often. I spoke to our repair man and he's happy to look at it. SW
